1. What is inside "Profile"?

There are two sub options under Profile.
Change Profile allows you to edit your contact information, company profile, industry and and type. Only Type and Industry can be seen by students.
Change Login allows you to change your personal login information.

  2. What is inside "Scholarships"?

This is the section where you can add, edit or delete your scholarships. Clicking on Add a Scholarship or Edit will load a form whereby you can edit the profile of each scholarship posted and the content of each scholarship.

Change Filter is to allow you to edit the filtering criteria for the scholarship. Once you edit the filtering, the applications will automatically be sorted out.

Active Scholarships refer to scholarships which are posted live in the system. Archived Scholarships are those which have expired already. Each year, we will automatically archive the older scholarships and append the year after the title. This will allow you to access older scholarship applications.

  3. What is inside "Applications"?

This is the section where you can search, view and open the application form of all the applicants for your scholarships. You will see two tables.

Redirected applications refers to people who have clicked on the Apply button on your scholarship and who were directed to your specified web site.

You may find that a person\'s name appears twice in a row. This means that the applicant applied for different scholarships.

To view all applications for a particular scholarship, click on the number under "Passed Filter". This will load a table of applicant names. Clicking on each application name will open a new window with the full application form loaded inside it. The applicants under "Failed Filter" refers to those who applied but did not pass the filtering criteria you set.

"Drafts" refers to drafts applications that are stored in the system. These students have started working on the application form but have yet to apply. This is meant to be used as a gauge of applications and also a way for you to communicate with interested students who for some reason have not completed their application.
